“It’s never easy to lose a pet, regardless of how long he or she was a part of your family. Although you may be overwhelmed with emotion right now, it’s important to know that what you are experiencing is normal. It may be helpful to meet with others who are also experiencing these feelings of grief and loss. Consider attending a meeting of the Pet Loss Support Group to help you work through your grief. The Pet Loss Support Group is available at no charge to anyone who needs it. You may come to as few or as many sessions as you wish.”
 
The Pet Loss Support Group meets:

The second and fourth Tuesday of every month from 7 to 8:30 p.m.  The building is wheelchair accessible and the parking lot is well lighted.  If a holiday falls on the 2nd or 4th Tuesday please call to confirm the date of the meeting. For more information call the facilitator.
