9th Annual Defend Your Friend 5K Run/Walk

Come out and run/walk for this awesome event benefiting Capital Area Humane Society (CAHS).  All proceeds from the Defend Your Friend 5K benefit CAHS’s animal cruelty investigation program. By state law, the Capital Area Humane Society is the only agency with commissioned Humane Agents in Franklin County, who investigate cases of alleged abuse of ALL animals.  Does the idea of racing make you sweat?  No worries!  General donations are also accepted.  Check out their registration page here:  CAHS
